I am offering an 18K solid YG Patek Philippe 3543 for your consideration. It is in great shape and has a very unique Florentine finish to the case. There is some patina and very minor pitting to the dial but overall in great shape for its age. The watch is running strong and does not appear to be in need of service. The original PP crest stamped crown is affixed to the watch too.
