In need of some help

I recently Inherited a safety deposit box from my great uncle. It had some coins in it and a stamp collection. Sold the coins the stamps not worth much but there was also this Rolex Submariner but I have no clue if its real.
I wanted to ask here before I take it to a dealer.
No box just the watch and it did say band replaced on 10/10.
Here are some pics

Thanks

Take it to a jeweler and have them take the back off. If it is a fake, then no loss.

If they like it, sell it to them immediately and use the proceeds to buy a Rolex Submariner.

Did they remove the case back and check the movement?

What is the serial number?

SL dial, "Swiss Made", with a non-SEL bracelet is kind of a rare combination. Curious to see the serial number.

The note inside the safety deposit box with the watch said the band was switched for an after market band. I know the band is not a rolex band. The other strap in the box was a nato and a SEL

Is it ok to publicly post the SN

and yes he opened it up.

Just need the first 5 characters, i.e. Z1234xxx.

Better close ups of the dial would also be good.

Did they open the watch? If you are in BH again I'd take it to the AD on rodeo and see what they say
