1979 Rolex GMT-Master 16753 Tropical "Blood Orange" Root Beer Dial
Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel and solid gold
16753 reference 6.0 mil serial number circa 1979 production Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Original bevels are clearly evident. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. Dial is a fantastic root beer nipple which has aged and faded from brown to a orange/red/brown "blood orange" tropical color. Very attractive in person. No chipping, scratching or damage on dial. Hands are original Rolex and still briefly glow after being exposed to light. Original date disk with open 6's and 9's. Bezel is in excellent condition and insert has aged and faded nicely. Bracelet is original Rolex 78363 in steel and 14kt yellow gold. It is fully linked with 13 links, 480 ends, and correct VE date code. Bracelet shows some stretch from use as seen in pics. No box or papers. No documented service history. Watch currently winds and runs smoothly. Timekeeping within -10 seconds per day. My price is $6,500 shipped within US. I ship via FedEx w/ ParcelPro insurance so international shipments are not an issue. If you do not like my price, make an offer, do not ask for the best price as the best price for me is the highest. I will not respond to best-price-mails. You can reach me by calling or texting 757-749-9675. For international customer, this number is also for WhatsApp. My email is [email protected] Plenty of worldwide references. You will have a 72 hour inspection period. Please return for full refund less shipping if it is not as pictured or described. Follow me on Instagram @LunarOyster to see newest inventory before it goes up on my site or forums! |
