Urge to flip my 312

I try to wear my one and only PAM a week out of the month in rotation. But at most it's been about 4 to 5 days out of the month. However I'm starting to feel the urge that I need to flip it as it is very mint condition still. The top heaviness of the 1950 case I've gotten used to so there are no regrets on size. The PAM 292 rad looks appealing so does a 216570 exp 2 with black dial (I have a 16570 polar though). Also I can just use the proceeds to go towards a TT black MOP DJ my wife hinted as a push present.

Is this a normal feeling? Secondary market doesn't look very good for PAMs, so I'm looking at a little bit of a loss if I decide to flip.

What do you think?

im in the same situation.

I have a PAM 359 it has a 1950 case and i did wear it everyday for two years. Since i have other watches now. The weight of the PAM just bothers me. I cant stand the put it on more than one or two days a month if that. Mostly when i do water activities does it come on.

It secondary market looks awful for PAMs. Ive come to the realization its worth more in my drawer than flipping it and putting it towards another watch. Not sure what i should do.
Im with you on this predicament.

Let me know what you are leaning towards to do.

Same here...
Wear my rolexes way more often nowadays. Also due to thickness and weight. I'm waiting if it's temporarely or not. Maybe the love comes back, Not shure how long to wait though....

A quick update here. I have a few people I'm talking to about trading the 312, but haven't made a decision. I sent out a few feelers to trusted sellers today to see what they could do for a trade up.

Keeping and wearing in rotation for now is always an option for some variety.

Wish you luck also. Pams have taken a big hit now a days for sure. I have a 372 that i never wear, due to the size. Not in a rush to flip it because the price on them came down so much.

If you don't like and don't wear it then flip it. Doubtful that it's going to be worth more down the road. The loss you take now may be the least you'll lose.
