Amazing service in Clearwater

Sent my 15400 in for two year pressure test, inspection and warranty extension. They found some of the oils had dried so they did a complete service, sent an apologetic letter and extended the warranty two years! Total time from drop off to pickup at Govberg was 23 days! Makes you wonder about Patek's 6-8 month turnaround for simple service. Glad to have it back.

Watch was just under two years since purchase. Didn't ask them to polish it and don't think they did - it was pretty pristine when sent in. And I wear it a fair bit.

Great to hear. Sounds like the usual from APSC Clearwater. A major reason why I keep buying APs.

Wouldn't it be nice to live in a world where other businesses did the same...

People to do an extra step as part of their being.

Nice to hear and consistent with our experiences from APSC. 👍
