Bezel Insert the same size ?
Is the black bezel insert for a 16610 fit a 1989 5513 Submariner. Help appreciated please.

Nope. Different sizes. You'd need to shave the outer diameter of the 16610 to fit.

Buy a service insert first or source a period correct. They are not that expensive.

Service replacements are inexpensive if purchased through an RSC/AD. Throught the gray market they are $175+ and period correct expect to pay $450+.
