Icon20 Wow!!! TT Daytona panda dial discontinued!!! HELP Please!!

I went to the AD today looking for the Two tone racing dials Daytonas and they told me that the panda dial is now discontinued and they didn't have it anymore. I think the racing dials are the most beautiful dials Daytona has. I'm between the Blue racing dial and the panda dial, which one would you pick now knowing that the panda is now discontinued?? Have in mind that I already have the SS white face. Thank you .

My initial recommendation would be the Panda. Then I read that you have the white dial SS. with that in mind, I'd go for the blue.

Rolex doesn't have it in the official page anymore, they're only showing the blue arabic dial.

Thereīs always only a selection of dial variants on the page or in the catalogue, donīt worry.

And even if a dial has been officially discontinued you can still get it through your AD for years.

Well, if I were you I would keep my mouth shut so that you don't drive up the price here on TRF.

In all seriousness, this question has come up quite a bit lately...there is really no wrong answer. I have the panda, but if doing it again, I just might go blue. It would probably just depend on how I felt that day.

Here's a pic to help you. And I'm with Felix, I'm not buying the whole discontinued thing based on the word of a couple of AD's.

Turned out that this time the ADs were correct, the new dial catalog doesnīt include the dials anymore - as already discussed in another thread.

Nevertheless it will still be available at numerous ADs for quite a long time I suppose.

Faced the same dilemma as you are facing. Chose Panda and never looked back. Now that it's discontinued, maybe worth a consideration. Both awesome dials for sure.

I'm really hoping that this means that there will be a white gold, panda dial with ceramic bezel on the horizon.
