31 mm two tone

I was at an AD on Honolulu and they told me that Rolex do not make a 31 mm two tone with a jubilee bracelet and a smooth bezel. He said if you wanted a smooth bezel you need to get a Oyster bracelet. Does anyone know if this is the case. Was there ever a time when you can get a 31 mm two tone with a jubilee bracelet and a smooth bezel?

Yes, and it´s still available. It´s either reference 178241 (Everose) or 178243 (YG).
