I'm going to quit here

As one of the resident clowns. It tarnishes my reputation as a human being and as a Dutchman. I’m sorry for this but recent events force me to do so. I will therefore post much less than before.

My posts will only contain serious watch matters and pictures. The reason I do this is because I received several PM’s and e-mails pressing me to behave and to compose myself. I don’t want to leave this forum as of yet but I’m thinking it over.

Thank you.

Fooled you, tossers!

Frans, what we have here is a failure to communicate........the word "loser" in the context of my signature is spelled correctly. So now I am not sure what your point is?

No, not a failure to communicate but a mis-communication. During the years, 'loser' has changed in meaning. My quote is from a 1923 dictionary. I was under the impression that 'loser' had to be spelled as 'looser' but that makes no sense. Well, loosen up dude Remember, English is a second language to me guys

Look back a few posts - I put the two definitions up for you.

As I said there, no worries - your English is still better than my Dutch.

The forum is slow now and the e-mails lag behind so I didn't catch it. I also speak and read German and can follow a (slow) French conversation. A few sentences of Arabic from my Army days. But how IS your Dutch? Hoe gaat het? Heb je nog geneukt? (The translation of the latter sentence is not to be made public.....).

I feel like I am standing beside the Tower of Babel reading this thread.

If there is any meaning to life, it cannot be found anywhere in this thread.

This place would suck if you weren't around pal, I would only have JJ to make fun of then.
