Spring bars for my F serial GMT SEL bracelet

which spring bars do I need? The seem to be 20 x 2mm.....

All GMT spring bars are 20mmx2mm.

But you need to know if it has through hole lugs or blind-hole lugs, they're different.

Most any Dealer will sell you a proper pair.
