First purchase: I finally understand what all the hype is about

I finally did it.

I finally pulled the trigger.

This past weekend, I visited my local Rolex dealer and left there (unexpectedly) with 2 little royal-green boxes.

I finally understand what all the hype is about, and what all you Rolex owners have been preaching for years. I can say this with my most honest and humble conviction: Rolex makes the finest swiss....chocolates

These are some of the finest—not to mention, most expensive—chocolates I have ever had.

Oh, and my AD was nice enough to throw in a free blue-dialed DateJust II—which I thought was "neat".

Has anyone received a complimentary watch with their Rolex chocolate purchase? They are seriously tasty.

Oh wow!!! I'm sure several of us can convince the wives to let us buy another watch if we agree to give them the candies!!!

Congrats on you're new DJ2, the blue stick is my favorite!

I bought myself a box over a year ago but all it had was stainless steel... I tried eating it; but the sapphire crystal was too rough on my teeth. Welcome aboard!!

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum! I only once received those wonderful chocolates - from AD in Richmond Hill, ON. Wondering if that's where you got yours??

Thanks everyone.

I'm absolutely loving my DJII. It was really difficult choosing between the Explorer I, Sub no-date, OP39, and the one you see above.

Ultimately, I wanted to get one before the impending annual price hike.

BTW, does anyone know when new prices will be available, particularly in Canada?
