I had a terrible experience there.. sorry to contradict you on this one but I dealt with John and was appalled by both his attitude and his service. It's all of Sunshine dance until you really have any issues after that you're on your own

What I can't figure out is why the heck TO doesn't have an AD better yet a boutique.

This comes up from Google – https://411.ca/business/profile/1306128 – although they’re not shown on AP’s map. The website doesn’t list AP as one of the brands, so it looks like they no longer have any dealings with AP.

The OP wanted preowned though. And I'd kill for a boutique. It would run the current AD out of the brand. They don't stock and apparently can't get divers, which is one reason i sourced elsewhere and try ordering an accessory. Then compare prices with a US AD. You'll quickly see how they can afford their attire. a bracelet was quoted to me for the roo at 3995 cad. ridiculous! The staff is pretty friendly though for the brands they carry. They are happy to show you whatever you like as well. Just too pricey. A friend of mine does pay duties there, he says just by watching you can tell which sales staff want to sell to sell and which want to sell with the highest margin.

Ah, I guess they finally brought dome in. I asked June of last year and was told they don't carry the diver and wouldn't be getting any. I then asked if she was referring to not getting any more of the 15703, as I was looking for the 15710. I was told the diver was a model they didn't carry. SL&C in Boston, my guy there said they actually had to return the 15703's they had on hand in preparation for the new diver. So I thought she was talking about that. That's when she mentioned they don't carry it. Maybe after repeated conversation with a few in there they've pushed for an expanded line up. But do t take my word for it, ask them to get you a price on a strap or bracelet. Lol. How much were the divers anyway in Canadian? |

I have been to RDV, enjoyed the experience but only tried on watches haven't purchased. Lots of great selection and HE watch brands to look at. Been to Watchfinder, selection is limited, on the Canadian watch forum (canwatchco) many members have indicated they had good buying experiences FWIW.

I went back with an issue I guess I should not of called him first he didn't bother showing up that morning he made me wait until noon from 9 the store was closed and remain closed, he texted me to say he was tied up at his other location this was after we had made an appointment. I waited till about 1 and finally left I would never recommend watchfinder to anyone. There's no passion to help customers he's only in it for the money. He gives you this big song and dance makes you an expresso it's all a front. Once he has your money you can forget about any type of quality service |
