AP Website Problem?

Yesterday I tried to login into my audemarspiguet.com only to find my account no longer existed (doing a reset resulted in 'there are no accounts associated with this email'). I had successfully registered my 15710ST on 8 April and received a confirmation email with the watch details and a statement, 'In a few weeks, you will receive a sticker to be placed in your warranty booklet." I had been able to login to my account up until yesterday, and so I called their service number in NY (646-375-0807) and was told they would have to get somebody to call me - apparently they can't look up anything but did say there might be a website problem. Nobody has called me back and I still can't login.

Is anybody else unable to login? Also if somebody has a suggestion for a better phone number with somebody that can lookup registrations and warranty info, please advise or PM me. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm getting the same response.

Password doesn't work. When I tried to have send me password info via email, they're saying there are no accounts associated with this email. I have a watch with them right now, I wonder what's happening.

This has not been a great intro to AP for me in the first 3 months of ownership.

Yes, its a problem. discussion here http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=465380

Post #20 explains what happened to me. My guess is the website upgrade isn't complete yet, as far as why they didn't take it offline until it was 100% functional i have no idea.

I've reported this problem to AP in the UK so they are aware of it.

Registering works, the problem is existing accounts have been lost.

Just got off the phone with them. The existing data is still there, its an interface issue. You can still re add your account if you want, but they still have the data on previous watch registrations, address, etc. Last week I registered my new watch, and as you know there is no where to put in your address so there was no way for them to mail my 3rd year sticker. When I called today, they could see my address on their end so the old accounts were not "lost". They manually pulled my registration details from my online account and matched it to the address in their records are dispatching my 3rd year sticker now.

Hey everybody. Great information! I just purchased my first AP. Can someone fill me on on these stickers to add to the warranty book? Do I need to call and register for this? What is the benefit?

generally you register it online and they mail you a sticker to put in your book that extends your warranty to 3 years, provided you take it in to get it pressure tested by the end of year two. As you can see the register online option is a bit broken at the moment.

Option 2 is to mail in the registration form that is contained in your warranty book and they will send you the 3rd year sticker

the 3rd year sticker goes on page 17. If you want to register by mail rip out page 7 and send it in

Got a call from the service center in Clearwater and all is well; should be receiving my sticker shortly and than I'll take a short drive from Orlando and get the watch checked. Thanks for the responses.
