Air King "bloodhound" 116900

Really, I was one of the 9 out of 10 people who doesn't like it initially but it slowly took over me.....
Superb build, very unique design, thanks Rolex.

I'm very fond of the new AK; just not fond enough to get rid of something I already have in order to make room for it. It's a a very sweet Rolex!!!

Congratulations!!!!

At first I hated it. Lets say I 10/10 hated it. Now I only 9.9/10 hate it. Give me a year and ask me again. I mean if I was rich and owned every single SS Rolex model including the Yacht master I might buy one. Just for completion sake. It might actually look better with pcl's.

I love it and it's one of three Rolex watches in my Rolex Wishlist (albeit I need to win the National Lottery first).

Congrats! I like it a lot, and hope to see one in the flesh soon. I'm contemplating this as my next piece, and would love to see some "real world" wrist shots from different angles if you are so inclined.

I think my favorite feature of this new watch is the oversized crown.

Have a great weekend!

Congrats! Don't know why, but I'm glad these are out there and hopefully I'll see one in the wild someday.

I tried one on and I have to say I was put off on how thick it was. I was expecting it to be more like the explorer. But it has the same case as the milgauss.

Air King "bloodhound" 116900

At first I didn't like it - now I just like it less than at first...

It's only the dial though. Too busy for me.

And what's the "bloodhound" nexus?

Thanks - I knew the project.
What I meant was how is this a connection to the new AK?

They pretty much copied the instruments from the Bloodhound for the new Air King.

I saw one in person at an AD last week. All the pictures make the small numbers, 5, 10, 20, etc. look much larger than they are on the watch when you see it in 3D. The pictures not only don't do the watch justice I think the pictures do it an injustice. Though different it is a good looking and unique watch.

But I agree with those who say the new Explorer is more desirable.

Meh? I just don't care at all about it. Not enough to have a negative reaction. So many other watches Rolex makes are ahead of this on my radar.
