It's time to vote!
As many of you are aware, I have been contemplating over the following two AP's as my first. It's been days going back and forth, but before I start looking for a specific dial color or strap combination, I've taken the time to go to a boutique and take some pics so you guys can help me out.
Please vote and let me know which one suits my 6.5" wrist more. I honestly think that the pictures do not do these watches justice and from a distance, I think I can actually sport either one of these. Let's see what you guys think! I've also added a "neither" for those of you who think that these two models are a "no go" and for me to go back to my Rolex collection. Thanks!

Apples and oranges. The 15400 is subtle and dressy the other is loud and big. It depends on when you want to wear it and what your looking for.
I would go for the 15400 or even a 15450 for a 6.5" wrist Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Agree. Two totally different looks. They both look great, though. I prefer the 15400.

I much prefer the 15400, but as mentioned they are two completely different pieces. Do you want a chrono or a cleaner looking dial?

if going big and bold (IMHO, the 15400 is a bit big on you), might as well go all-in and get the ROO.
if want an RO and you don't want to go used (15300) or $$$ (15202), i think the 15450 would look great on you. |

Thanks for the advice! I did actually try the 15450 while I was at the boutique but it wore smaller than my Daytona. That's how I felt, so definitely a no no.

Oh goody, it's another poll thread!
Do you really want to base a significant cost purchase on what we say? So which one do YOU like most, and would be best suited overall to your lifestyle and daily routines? |

I generally prefer ROOs for APs now, and the 15400 is a little over-wide, I prefer the 15300 for a RO.

What do you think of the ROO on my wrist?

Honestly I think it's way too big. I think you can get by with the 15400, but the ROO is pushing it too far. But then again... It ain't my $$$

This. I would take the ROO Navy over the 15400. Would be a toss-up of 15202/15300 over the ROO Navy - really depending on your lifestyle and usage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

IMO the Navy fits you better due to the rubber strap.

They are both nice watches but look too large on your wrist. I would stick to the Rolex/Tudor line.

For me I'd take the roo which i did and had no regrets the leather or rubber strap is also a bit more worry free than the bracelet. While I know I will definitely be getting the ro on bracelet eventually I'm still happier with the roo because it fit my casual wear more too. Tbh the roo looks too big on you but, if you think the small strap would make it fit and you want to go the ap route go for it

I voted for the 15400 as I don't like the color combo of the 26470. Given the collection you have (as listed in your signature), I'd go with the 15400...maybe you can find the boutique edition with the blue dial (don't expect a discount).
I had a 15400 blue and sold it recently, but will be getting another in the near future...it's simply an amazing and beautiful watch - the bracelet is really a work of art and the design speaks for itself. I might actually say I prefer the Royal Oak to the Nautilus...it was, after all, the original Genta sports watch.

The 15400's proportions never looked right to me. Imo a royal oak looks best in 39mm. So I would choose the offshore in this instance

I think the offshore looks better. Designed to be a large sports watch. I also think the straps offer a better fit. And although blue isn't my personal fav of the 42 ROOs, it is a nod to the original ROO in some ways so that's a plus in my book!

I voted the New Navy...but since you're "trying on" mode...and you seem to like blue dials -
I would 100% give the 15202 blue dial a shot - might be the right play or since you're near a boutique...ask to try on the 26320 blue dial chrono... |

Go with the navy in this case or a 15202

Have you considered a Nautilus? |

Get the 15400. Based on all those Rolexes you own (listed in your signature), I think that the 15400 would fit in nicely.

Not a big fan of the 15400 so I would choose the ROO in this case.

I have wrists about your size, slightly under 6-1/2" and actually my incoming 44 CE Anthracite looked great even on my smaller wrists.
The straps are comfortable and will snugly fit even a smaller wrist. So don't worry about size here... My vote is ROO. |

Really? I'm in a similar camp and never even bothered trying on the 44, even though I think they look fantastic. Can you post pics when it arrives? I'm darn curious hah! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Here is the shot at the AD on Sat...(below) I know and trust the people at this AD... And all of them loved the way it looked. I do as well. Yes it has some wrist presence, but this watch is supposed to. The key is the supple, comfortable diver strap and the way it hugs the wrist with the pin buckle perfectly. Also check out this video of Tim at Watchuwant trying on a 44rg. Same dimensions as my watch. His wrists are the same size as mine and you can visually see its not too big. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpf9KeJEztU |
