It looks like a "Bubbleback" watch that is vintage. It says "Rolex Oyster" and then "Precision" on the dial. I think it is genuine. Maybe some other's can pipe in over this.

Oyster Swimpruf was verbage Rolex placed on the band hangtag indicating that it was waterproof or water resistant. It was part of their marketing used to promote oyster cases. Many of the green hang tags contained the name of the models, i.e. Submariner, Datejust, GMT, Date etc. and are quite valuable to the collector.

The watch you are looking at appears genuine from the pics.
