I guess it's OK to sell a Tudor with a Rolex dial as long as you reveal it right?
The wrong thing to do would be to sell it AS a Rolex...

No it is not OK. These California dials are not made by Rolex or Tudor. The watch seller would have you believe that this is a partnership project that is going on between the two companies and you are getting a Rolex. This will be reported.
