Something does seem to be off.
Would be interested to know what RSC says went wrong.

I'm expecting a watch back from Dallas RSC. They've always taken good care of me.

Dallas is the best. I office within walking distance from the Dallas RSC. They are always super helpful and their service is top notch.

Syed...yes...it bugged the heck out of me since I would put it side by side with the hulk and bluesy and it was off by that nuch. I got tired resetting it everytime

Normally I think people might suggest that it's been magnetized.

Hopefully it's something simple like that.

Question about the Dallas RSC. Can one go by there or is it a 'mail in your watch' only type of place? Reason I ask is that I am in the DFW area quite often on business.

No need to mail...
You can walk right in and get well taken care of.

I've owned several DSSDs, I must say it one of the most accurate watches in my collection, and the over-sized crown makes it really easy to operate.

Best of luck!

Hip to the "bounceback" and off feeling in the crown when setting the time. Had that on my Sub eight years ago plus gaining about 6 sec./day prior to first service, turned out to need a new mainspring and some gears - came back with a silky smooth feeling while winding and running approx +1.25 sec./day.

That was in 2009 and the "scratchy" feeling was recently starting to come back in the crown. Just back from service number two (Rik D. did a fantastic job with it!) and again needed gears and a mainspring but winds like warm butter and gains about .25 sec/day now....
