Used values

Is it my imagination or have used values of AP increased over the past 12 months? I keep a regular eye on the Royal Oak models and they seem to be more scarce and more expensive than they were 12 months ago, although I only watch the UK market.

With the recent 10% AP increase in new watches, used prices are bound to increase so happy days.

I've experienced the same. APs have really gained in popularity and the company has cut dealer margin, closed ADs, opened boutiques, controlled supply, and increased target marketing. All things that will lead to stronger prices in the secondary market. Still kick myself for not getting a Ti Schumi when they first came out.

15300s have certainly risen in last year or so, and with the price rise this is good news for the future.

15300s are so high it almost makes sense to jump to a 15202. It seems that trusted sellers are also selling used 15400s for quite a bit more than they had a year ago.

Absolutely. 15300 prices are higher than I'd care to spend without just jumping to a Jumbo

Prices are up on certain models but it is not across the board. I find some models are exactly the same price as before.

I think it may be exaggerated in the UK given the outside buyers snatching up supply. Pure speculation on my part.
