That seller has some other watches for sale but they are pre-owned and have pictures of the actual watch.

Jumping to a conclusion that he is a scammer is not really supported by the scant evidence of using stock pictures of a BNIB Rolex. eBay's rules are different than TRF.

I sent him a PM regarding actual pictures of the watch, and also told him he never owned a real Rolex just because he does not have any real actual picture of the watch... LoL

Interesting, the location shows New York, the 770 area code is for Georgia, and when calling the number, it picks up and then disconnects.

Honestly I think you are jumping to conclusions. It is a brand new watch. I personally would still post pictures of the actual watch, but many sellers on eBay use stock photos on new watches.
