It's not often that I go the AD route but with this model, I've been waiting already for so many years. I waited for them first to update the Explorer and then after the rather disappointing small hands update in 2010...well, I've forced myself to wait ever since, in the belief that Rolex'd make good and do a minor update with some more suitable hands. The new, blue lume is just a bonus.
