16710 What A Watch

Well I have been saving for a while for this beauty. I figured I better get it done before they go up anymore in price. The thing about this beauty is basically three watches in one with bezel changes something that is easy to accomplish even for me. I like the glidelock 97200 bracelet so I figured I would kick it up a notch and boy is it nice and fits well also picked up all the different bezel inserts so I think she is ready to rock enjoy the pics.

Yep she is a beaut.
Nice photos! I noticed that the last few photos have another bracelet. Which bracelet do you like better?

78790 is what it came with. I put the new 97200 with the glidelock clasp on it. They are both nice bracelets but I prefer the 97200 with the glidelock.

Nice choice and great looking. And congrats to go glide lock, not many here would do that. But as they say, it's your watch and you have to like it. I love it...GMT all the way, and individualized says something about the owner...

Beautiful! I'll never give mine up. Got any photos with the black or coke bezel insert?

78790A bracelets are SEL (Solid End Links) so the end links are part of the bracelet. I used the spring bars that came with it.

Is the new bracelet heavier than the old one? I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

Yes, significantly and you have the enormous benefit of the adjustable glide lock clasp.

What a fantastic pairing. That's got me thinking......

A great and versatile watch.

I have mine on a Jubilee - but that Glidelock bracelet looks superb on it.

I would also try it on a super jubilee, it's a great look. I remember DP (Dan P) putting up a picture of his Pepsi on a SJ and I thought it was probably the most beautifully striking picture of a Rolex I had ever seen.

DavidSw has one for sale right now.......

Well done. You brushed a glidelock. You have balls my friend. Enjoy the cream of the GMT crop! * Glidelocks are already brushed aren't they. Confused it with the easylink there. Pardon me. Looks good anyway!

Just can't go wrong with the 16710 - best GMT available in my opinion.
