Advice on buying a pre owned Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Watch
Hi,
I am a first time buyer and I've decided on the watch I want for my 25th birthday, a pre-owned Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust and cant decide on one of 3 colorways, I will attach photos. No older than 10 years preferably. I'm also wondering where would be best to buy? I'm currently based in the UK, London but travel regularly to Newcastle. What would be a guide price on this particular model as I dont want to be paying more than what it's worth? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks! |

I believe the 36mm Datejust was last updated between 2005 and 2006. So anything within the last 10 years is a good idea.
You will probably be looking at any thing from £5K to £6K depending on year, condition, box & papers etc. Best to try and source one from a reputable dealer, Watchfinder is a good place to start, do keep in mind that they are not the cheapest. Or try one of the trusted dealers on this forum, you will save some money. |
