FS: 1982 Tudor 9411/0 "Snowflake" Submariner + Papers and Service
Up for sale is a very nice 96XXXX serial Tudor 9411/0 Submariner "Snowflake" (circa 1982). This watch comes with original papers and Tudor wallet as well as recent service papers from an independent watchmaker.
 The watch: original matte dial is perfect with no cracking, peeling or other blemishes. Original handset is also excellent with a beautiful, light yellow patina on the tritium that matches throughout. Black bezel insert is also original and has faded to a navy colour that is more apparent in brighter light. Silver date disc is also original. Bracelet is a 9315 folded link style with divelock clasp. Comes with G code stamped on the bracelet (ie. 1982 production) and 380B end links. There are 12 links on the bracelet and, as shown, there is only moderate stretch. Watch case has been polished by the original owner but the lugs are still in good shape with original chamfers still somewhat visible. I purchased the watch from the original owner in Spain and believe that it is all original except for the tritium pip, which is a replacement. Papers: original authentication papers with matching serial number are stamped and dated from the AD in Spain where the watch was purchased in 1982. Also comes with its original Tudor wallet for storing papers. Service papers: For your piece of mind, I sent the watch in for a full mechanical service in October, 2016 at a reliable independent watchmaker that I've used before. As shown on the service papers, which are included in the sale, the mainspring and gaskets were replaced. No cosmetic work was done on the watch.
