Just from the sig, I was gonna say those arms looked like they could handle some weight..

I'm a little ways back....I can usually push out about 3-4 reps per arm with 55 lb dumbbells.

I've never tried to max out curling on a bar....I guess I'm curious now.

combining two into one- i can easily rep a pint (over half a litre) of beer hundreds of times in a night!

Churchill was a great leader. In todays world he would be involved in more scandal than any of our present lot put together. Disraeli, David Lloyd George, Galdstone are a few others and Queen Victoria was no angel.
