incoming...
I have been searching for the right watch for about a year.
Started with a WG sub - just loved the blue dial - could stare at it for hours... then a few months later i swapped it for a platinum daytona...i liked the watch but it was missing a date.. So i bought a ceramic 44mm ROO with anthracite dial...Perfect every day watch!..so i sold the platona (just wasn't loving it and why keep a $50k watch i didn't love?)... I love the ceramic but it just doesn't "POP" compared to say the 44mm RG. So i bought the 44mm RG..now i have the ceramic and the RG...I wore the RG to Vegas (recieved several compliments) and went into the AP boutique. Well, I tried on the Plat 44mm...You can probably guess what happens next right? I get home and work a trade and swap both my ceramic and my RG for a plat 44mm and some $$$.. Pics next

Congrats and welcome to the Pt 44mm club! Mine is about 3 years old and I still love it as much as the day I got it. Don't see myself ever trading it. Sure seems like the popularity of the PT ROO 44mm is really growing on TRF.

Welcome to the Pt 44 club!!!
I'm with Roger on the strap tho. Here is mine on the Black gator. It's ok, but I think the Blue is the best for this beast. |

I bought my Bergeon tools online, can't remember the site... Two 1.2mm screwdrivers, and a tang buckle removal tool.

Very cool watch congrats, but I would get the blue and white rubber straps, looks great with either.

Congratulations, I really like this watch.
The size fits you well if I may and I'd bet this watch weighs quite a bit. I find it impressive that they would make such a chunky piece in platinum.
