Hi Gents,

All comments appreciated as always.

Finally time for my next purchase :)))

Opted for the Datejust II. My dilemma is which colour baton.

Black or White?? Please help.

Thanks in advance

Black always black! No regrets with black unless it's a car

No kidding. ALL of my watch dials and cars over the years have been either black or some form of silver/grey. With cars, silver/grey is much easier!

Just looked at both side by side and the black dial looks nicer to me. Are you going with a smooth or fluted bezel?

Looking at the Fluted. I love both. Also note it will only be a smart suit watch. I live in my SubC Hulk.

I would be more inclined to choose the black dial if I was going to be wearing it to work.

I guess it depends on what's in your collection already. If you have all black or dark dials then obviously I'd go for the white.

Of those two I would vote black every time. Looks much nicer to me. The white looks a bit washed out in my opinion - apologies to white face owners!.

(I know it was not one of your short list, but I think the blue sunburst stick dial is even better)

I vote for white. A nice change up to the usual black dial.
