Legacy in 44mm with regular tang buckle and black date wheel would be just about perfect. The 47mm is too big even for my 7.75" wrist and 6'2" 230lb frame.

Legacy for looks, I had a look at the YG when buying my RG ROC but didn't quite like the colour combo.

I used to own the legacy, I liked it a lot, but after a short time, the feel of the ceramic made me feel like I was wearing an over priced G-shock.

I really like the historic relevance of models, i.e. if they were themed around a movie etc.

The legacy was more of a "so long" piece for Arnold.

For me it would be the T-3 on the legacy strap.

Being that I have owned both, The T-3 IMO is truly a work of art and so unique over the others. While the others have stamped dials, The T-3 contains the only mega tapisserie dial that is 100% machined and captures the light in the most amazing ways, that the stamped dials do not. Plus the multiple hinged crown guards are the most unique I have seen.

I look at the effort that went into the manufacturing of the T3 I guess, plus the lower production amount is always a plus, adds to rarity.

I think T3 on Kevlar legacy strap is the ultimate combo between the two,

The dial texture in the T3 is awesome.

Legacy is Better when it comes to the details of finish.. . The finish on the ceramic legacy is a mixture of bead blasted and brushed finishes, more details than the ceramic 44 offshore.

The 1500 pieces that were made of the legacy, according to my dealer, didn't sell very well, took longer than usual for them to sell out. From what I have heard and read, a lot of people had a hard time paying that much for ceramic when you could get full RG for that price.

Even now, they grey market values are soft compared to the others that demand double their original retail price.

It's just I think Arnold and Offshore's are like any other celebrity watch affiliation. I much prefer the RO affiliation which are much more low profile and more horologically based:

So you feel, just because the offshores are not low profile, that they are less horology based? I disagree. ROO is sportier sure, compared to the RO, but certainly not less of a watch.
