will a jubilee with 555b ends fit on a 16800 or 1680 or even a 1675?

No. the springbars are too thick. My guy couldn't open the endlinks tubes. I did enlarge a Tudor 20mm jubilee with great success.

Sport models utilize 2mm spring bars vs 1.8mm for the 555 end links. The holes in the tubes for the 555 end links are too small for 2mm spring bars. You could remove the tubes in the 555 end links which would end up like the older end links that did not have tubes.

550 and 502 Jubilee end links are designed to fit 2mm spring bars for the sport models.

i have had great success enlarging the 1.8mm tubes to allow use of the 2mm spring bars. you can use a small tap or similar to enlarge the tube, but what has worked best is a small jewelers screwdriver. if you ever so carefully twist the screwdriver into the tube from either side until it covers about 50% of the distance from each side, you will have successfully enlarged the hole. Voila!
