I was in the wireless industry a few years back and I know that a few manufactures toyed around with this idea. Samsung went against it because the whole motion of bringing your watch to your ear to listen was akward. This was in the pre bluetooth days.

Im intrested to see if it catches on...iWatch anyone?

Hahaha yes, I have a vague recollectionof that TV/Watch Robert. Did you ever own one of those? They never took off did they

I guess it would have been hard to see the fastball on one of those watches being only 1 pixel or so

The TV part was in a box that had to be carried around as well, the watch was only the display. Can you imagine someone watching (pun intended) his watch and whilst doing so, walking under a car?

Now I remember Frans, yes there was a black box that one had to carry around, that plugged into the watch. Now I remember why that was a big drawback

Figures LG would build the prototype...love the Black Label phones so far (maybe not the UI though).
