They are very interesting watches. Had a small conversation with Benoit Mintiens about 5 years ago before they became well known and he is a very passionate guy. The watches are very nice and he did a great job on changing an ETA movement. Unlike many other brands that adapt ETA movements, Ressence actually innovated, for which I applaud them.

Nevertheless, me personally, would I spend that money on one? Probably not. There are too many watches I would get before I would get the Ressence.

Yet, if you are looking for something completely different, why not?

To me it's one of the most fascinating watch brands but unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to see one in person. Love reading about them and watching videos of them though. Curious as well to see if there are any actual owners here.

I like the type 3, but I would be scared I would smash it since there is no bezel.

Thanks for the replies... Pre owned values seems to be quite low. So they can be had for reasonably "ok" prices.
I might see if I can have a look at them in person.
