Well done breitling
Just a quick note to other Breitling fans, been having ongoing issues with my navitimer 01 from new over a year ago. It was replaced after a couple of months of back and forth to Breitling uk, then new watch just stopped with the chrono running whilst being worn, and was fully wound, so back again but this time was sent to Switzerland and several weeks later returned fixed but with accompanying scratches. So back again several weeks again, but was polished to perfection and delivered by hand by manager of Breitling service uk, with some Breitling goodies. I was starting to lose faith in this great brand but I have to say Breitling really impressed and made all good in the end, watch is now perfect, but a little reluctant to use chrono! Now just going to finally enjoy. So have faith any issues Breitling will eventually make good, this was my experience anyway. Well done and thanks to nicky Reynolds and all Breitling team.

Good to hear. Usually a bad experience gets a lot of circulation, nice to mention when the service level is high.

I had a similar issue with my Colt. Purchased from the Dubai boutique, when I reset the chrono it stopped at the 57 sec marker. Took it into Tunbridge Wells service dept and they said the movement needed replacing. As it was new I didn't except this and they replaced with no quarrels. They also gave me an extra 6 months guarantee.

Good to hear.
This is why I'm reluctant to buy the b01 movement. Seems lots of problems reported. |
