ouch
Well guys, good news and bad news...
Good news is that I am still alive, bad is that I am losing my house over 9,000 dollars and my Wife is taking me to the cleaners! I have a buyer for my house at a great price but the realtor fees (13k) is eating up anything I hoped to make on the home. So I can either get sued for breaking the realtor agreement or forclose on the property! This sux! I REFUSE to sell the GMT that I busted my hump for because I will never get this serial number again. Wife is not interested in coming back despite all of my counseling and work on my attitude... Oh well, such is life. I will probably not be on here for a little bit until I get settled in my new place back in MI. Love ya guys!

Thanks JJ...If you were female, you'd be the funkiest chick I had ever seen! Keep your gender, you're not a bad looking GUY!
The last thing I need is another woman!! LOL Sad thing is, even if I sold my GMT, I would still be short too many thousands and thats why I have decided to hold onto it.

Man that sucks! I'm sorry that you have to endure that.
Best of luck to you as you rebuild.

I know you hate the realtors but its not their/my fault. We make sure you can sell your house and that your butt is covered so the buyer doesnt steal the house from you...
beyond my last comment I really hope all works out for you.

There is not much of anything good going on in the U.S. now. Its is a big
Sh#t sandwich and everybody is going to have to take a BIG bite. Sorry to hear what you are having to go through, I had my time in the crapper about 20 years ago when my ex ran off wife my "best friend" and cleaned me out. She even too the food out of the pantry...now I look back and laugh, she married a drunk and he beat her up a few times....things have a way of looking better with time. |
