Secrets

Lisa's comment in another post made me wonder. She stated that she doesn't know how many radios her husband owns.
Are there any innocent secrets that you keep from your spouse? I'm not talking about big things that'll ruin your marriage, just small stuff that doesn't need to be brought to their attention?
For instance, I ordered a carburator for my '67 Chevelle this weekend. Had I mentioned it to Miss Wendrful it would have sparked a curiosity that I simply don't want ignited. Not a big deal for sure; as long as the car stays running she doesn't need to be concerned with HOW it stays running.

I try not to let the wife know what is in my watch fund, but when she saw me trying on an LV yesterday the wheels started turning.

Yea, but the closeness and friendship you will gain with your son is worth all the watches in the world. You son will always remember the 4:30am wake up call and the time WELL spent with his DAD.

When it comes to money can't put anything past the wife as she has the checkbook, pays all the bills, and is the CFO of our businesses. She gives me an allowance each week and since I do not use credit, this stops me from buying useless junk. So that means she is the one who wires the funds when I purchase a watch. Steve Mulholland and Tom (Kansaivet) have dealt with her.. As I think about it I do use PayPal and it goes against the wife's debit card I think. Does PayPal charge against a debit card or am I using a credit card unknowingly?. I will have to ask the wife when she gets in this morning. If I have been using credit I think I will puke.

So no I am not able to hide things from this wife.

HA! Joke's on me. The store cannot get the carburator for my Chevelle. I need to go and get my money back. That'll teach me not to be sneaky with my car money.
