How Many 114060 "G" Serials? Role Call!

Hello All,

Just curious, how many of you have a 114060 with a G serial? I was able to land one of the first (to the best of my best knowledge) 114060 when they hit the market in the U.S, so I am rather curious how many are floating around out there.

If you've got one; post a pic and let me know!

I thought all of the serial numbers were random, so a "G" wouldn't mean anything...

Both random and single letter G were running in the same time frame, Randoms started to appear latter part of 2010 ,and a little later the single letter G serial ,and ran for quite a few years. And most all of the first 114060M were single letter G serial's and if I remember a few on forum said they must be old stock, that did make me smile as the 114060M ceramic was just released at Basel

These responses are funny... G Serials most certainly exist as mine is a G, and most definitely not a fake... So, back to my original question: anyone else out there have one as well? I'm willing to bet some of the first ones made would carry a G serial.

Well if you read my post 6 I already stated that fact.

Indeed you did, just curious how my question of who out there has one got hijacked around them actually existing. I did see your response confirming they made them in a G, which, obviously, I already knew, but I was hoping to get a feel on how many in the group have one, as I believed them to be the first out(which you confirmed).

Well several on forum have them as it was well recorded not soon after Basel by quite a few who bought them.

Sounds good! Was just curious. I always check ones I see for sale, but never see Gs. I remember when the 114060 owners bread opened up after Basel.

I have had 2 116610s with G serial. I know I've seen some 114060 with G serials on here but can't provide specific examples of it. Just to clarify both my G serial 116610 were purchased new one in 2011 and one in 2014 and neither had sat long at the AD.

Awesome! I know the SubC Dates snuck a few in with G serials for sure. Thanks for the reply. At least I tracked one other on here who's had a G serial 114060.

Maybe, although not looking for a lotto ticket, just kinda cool to see. Love the 114060, definitely my most worn piece. Great reference!

Is your G-serial 7 digits or 8 digits?
