Yesterday was a great day for me anyway

We put our house up for sale in Cypress TX....realtor said in should sell in less than 30 days.....we have our first "looker" today at 1:00 pm. After years of sweating my b@#Ls off in humidity I get to go home. Looking at a much smaller house in Ahwatukee foothills or Chandler AZ. Since we both are in bad shape the smaller the better....one is 1475 sq ft with pool the other 1520 with pool. The house we have now is 2480 so we got to get rid of lots of stuff fast.

Humidity or not, you'd be sweating in Phoenix today
Good luck with the move.
Hope all goes smoothly

Me too! I see a new Ford F-150 truck and new watch in my future. We made out pretty good on this house......its gone up about 50 percent in value and I had it paid off 3 years ago.

I can definitely say it's hot in AZ today. I'm in North Scottsdale and it'll be about 110. I agree though, to me I'd rather deal with this than heavy humidity. Welcome home!

I tell everybody here that 112 in AZ is not as bad as 95 in Houston....5 percent humidity vs 75 percent. Just walking to the car you are pouring sweat at 8 am...

I totally agree. We were just in Maui where it was about 90 and 70% humidity a couple days. I'll take the dry heat over humidity anytime. Never thought I'd say that growing up in Northern CA, I thought the dry heat thing was bs.
