Yeah, even at 18 I'm not yet a buyer. Will be watching this closely next year, altho a price rise could easily happen in the mean time.

Looks great. Tried it on at a local AD. A bit too rich for my blood.

Nice, but I'm not sure that the rubber bracelet suits the face.

It's currently my favorite Rolex and personal grail.

Too bad I won't be able to realistically afford one. Maybe if they go down in price in 10 or 15 years I'll be able to get one.

I really like it but only want one PM piece and that's the BLRO.

I love it! If I were to ever pick one up though it'd be in a couple years when the secondary market price comes down a little bit more.

Nice but at those price points my financial status dictates that I must have a PM bracelet. Can't justify spending that kind of money and not get full gold bracelet.

Yep, that is the part that's killing me....I can always refuse it when it arrives. I guess I better not try it on.

X2. I also can't see spending full PM money for a partial PM piece. Now, if it came with full bracelet and the rubber was an option, it'd be game changer.

Beautiful watch! I think I could put an Everest on my 116500 and get a similar enough look and have the bracelet when I want it.

I love the watch. I would be interested if it was similarly priced on the used market to current leather Daytonas.. £15k or so.. I think I'll be waiting a few years.

I love it too.

Not sure why people are saying "PM money for not full PM piece". That's not true.

116509 retails for 42k in US, this retails for 28k.

Looks great but I think the 116655 looks better on the oysterflex.

If I am buying a white gold watch I want a solid gold bracelet. Most of the allure of solid gold is the weight. You put a solid white gold watch on a rubber strap and it is totally contradictory to me. It would make a lot more sense if this watch was steel and I think that would have been amazing.

Really like the look.

Does anyone know if an oem leather strap would also fit?

It is gorgeous bordering on magical in person (to me), but as others have said , I can't justify spending 2.3x the cost of the SS when the bracelet is rubber.
