Didn't take long. My 1st on the way :-)
Always been a watch guy, but never brought myself to splurge more than a Tag Heuer, Baume or Longines. Had a chance at a pre-owned GMTc LN(2014) full set at $6000 USD couple weeks ago but hesitated and I was a day too late when i decided to go for it.
Kicked myself for a week, joined this forum to pass some dead time at work and fell in love with the BLNR, making me no longer regret the missed opportunity (as i do prefer to pay a bit extra for a new watch). Decided yesterday to get on the waiting list at the local AD figuring I'd have something to anticipate and look forward to in a few months. Surprisingly I got call today saying they will have one in next week for me.  Figured I'd take the opportunity and start my first thread to say hi and thank the members here for the enlightening posts, really helped me in my decision and to learn a lot about the Rolex brand/culture in general |

man, it was supposed to arrive yesterday and i wanted to pick it up after work but never got the call.....ended up getting the call this morning from AD but going downtown Montreal is a shit show of traffic and closed roads with the Formula E race happening there all weekend. To rough it or wait until the week is now my hardest decision in life lol
