It was 55,000 round trip to Cancun from LAS Larry, that included crew hotel for 2 nights, meals etc.. 6 passenger -10 flight hours

I used to fly with a Medevac Firm. We used Lear 33 and 35. It was said the bare bones costs were 1K per flight hour. That was in the 90s.

Flying in a private jet is a bucket list item for me. Every time I meet someone with access to one I ask to tag along sometime. It hasn't worked yet but I'm hopeful

I do the same! I have a small 4-seat Piper and I am always at the airport flying, washing the plane, cleaning the hangar, etc. I try to tag along, ride, or fly all the airplanes that come through there. Still waiting on that private jet ride though.
