Rolex Service for 75190 ?

Assuming this watch is too old for Rolex to service- It's a Tudor 75190 made in 1992-93. Does anyone know for sure? I don't care if they replace some parts like bezel and crystal because they are badly needed anyway.

Most any watchmaker could service it as long as it's a just movement service ETA parts are available to most all high street watchmakers.
