Sunday with 'S'.....

We are expecting rain later this week. Temperature has dropped comfortably. A gorgeous evening...family is sleeping after home made my pizza.

Me, I fire up a Short Churchill by Romeo y Julieta. Pour a glass to f Glenfiddich 18 (gracias Danny!) and play Sade (what a SEXY voice!)....life is good. Life is REALLY good.

Yes. To me, cooking is therapy. A great way to express love, passion and appreciation.

Not knocking the lager but next time try Sam Adams Boston Ale. It's outstanding, their best beer, IMO. And my O(pinion) is rooted in 10 years living in Boston and drinking a lot of Sam flavors. One of the best Ale's made by anyone.

SA Boston Lager is one of my favorites. A winter beer for me, served at basement temperature 57˚F. I know what you mean about cooking, and worship time and temperature as well; but have yet to create such artistic masteries such as your pizza!

A couple winters ago SA released a "Cabin Pack" case with six varieties, a scotch ale and kölsch-style being favorites. Flavorful beers. SA did not do the Cabin Pack last winter.

That does make me hungry, G. The one bad part about apartment living is that we can't grill out, whether we're on the 8th, 12th or 17th floor.
