Pressure Testing in NYC

My trusted watch guy in my neighborhood retired last year (rent increases made it. It worth it to keep going)-- he would pressure test my divers for me every year for almost nothing (had to force him to take money sometimes (-:). I've been going to him for 12 years and he's always done right by me with regulating and repairing anything I threw at him for a reasonable price. It's a shame that all the small businesses in my Brooklyn neighborhood are disappearing as rents keep climbing.

Is there any place people would recommend in NYC that can do this with no BS? I work in midtown near Tourneau and a bunch of other watch places, and am close to the diamond district.
