EBAY never stops

Here is another guy selling fakes on Ebay.
https://www.ebay.com/sch/viktodukare...p2047675.l2562

I reported all of them but still up. People are even bidding on them and he or they are even stating that they are copies. Does Ebay employ anyone to review these? If you guys can please take the time to report these clowns. Thanks.

In the seller's defense, he does say "High Copy" in the titles.

I don’t see how that is in the sellers defense? He is selling fake Rolex on a public auction. That is a copyright infringement. Not the location to do that.

They aren't suppose too. I have seen companies like Invictia and a few others that look very similar to Rolex. One that is in china that are copies but they have their name on the dial. That is fine as long as they state their name. Then the Rolex style is ok and the Oyster style is ok. When they put Rolex name on it and it isn't a Rolex it is wrong.

Even those watches with "CUSTOM" dials. There is a Ebay guy that use to sell here I believe and now he is banned. He has a bunch of Rolex watches that he has dials made up for and he puts ROLEX name on it.

Only question I have is a watch like TEMPUS. How do they get away with selling a Rolex they buy and modify. I know the parts they use are Rolex but don't they have to add a dial?

No matter what. If it sells on Ebay it should be the real deal. Too many poor victims are getting ripped off. It happen to me back in 2001. Ebay was amazing at getting me my money back but that made me never buy another large ticket item from there.
