A lot depends on where you will be as Houston sprawls all over the place.

the non boutique owned by the same company has better selection. Hulk and SD 43 on display the last time i was there and available for purchase. That was in early August though, but at the same time the boutique had neither.

Papas Bros. Steak house is rated as one of the top 10 best in the US. They have an incredible wine list and stellar service.

Original Ninfa’s on Navigation just east of downtown for Tex-Mex. There is also the super high end shopping center just on the other side of 610 freeway from the Galleria in the River Oaks District that has the Patek AD, John Lobb boutique, Tom Ford, and Kiton. Zadok Jewelers is near the Galleria also and has a lot of brands (AP, VC, JLC, Breguets, and a few more).

yes on all counts. You just described my last visit to Houston.

I had never been to the River Oaks District before. Its got much better stuff than the galleria but you wouldn't just stumble upon it. I only found it because i was seeking out a Patek AD.

Really depends on where you are staying. Houston is like 600 square miles. Covers at least three countys. Can't go wrong down in the Galleria area.
If you want to drive out to Katy check out Rays.

yeah what is it? I lived in Katy briefly and then moved inside the loop as there was not a ton out there, for me at least. Your telling me there is something worth driving out there for?

Some guys already said Pappas Bros. steakhouse ... really good. But you should also try Perry's Steakhouse and Grill.
