How slow is JLC warranty service in Texas
Right after Christmas I sent my JLC triple date off under warranty to have a spot removed from the face that is visible in natural light.
How long do you think it will take them to clean it or replace the face? Watch is only a few months old so doesn’t need a real service. Thanks, Corey |

Hard to say. I got my new Reverso back in a month for a simple repair. I think they put new watches on the fast track, so a dial replacement might only take a few weeks.

Dial work may need to go to Switzerland. That's what happened to my Master Geo. The AD told me that due to the complexity of some mechanisms, watches have to go to Switzerland for certain repairs.
