First try DSLR shots
I've been into photography for a long time. First time using high-end gear to shoot watches! Made some mistakes, learned a few things. Will do better next time! I'm sure some of you pros can give me some tips!

First try DSLR shots
Amazing watches. The shots despite looking good, I feel the lighting and reflections need some adjustments. I am no expert tho

Smudges, for one thing--dust for another. Also as was mentioned...reflected light can be used to make a dramatic image, but can also get in the way. Very difficult to manage!
Also, DOF is a challenge, as was mentioned in another thread. |

Really cool shots
I'm no photography expert, but I know what my eyes can see! My only comment would be to think about the background in your images. Although blurred one of them looks like there's a fridge door or something visible? Apologies if this sounds too negative about what are otherwise very nice images. Love the Daytona shot. Not sure if it’s just compression on mobile, but looks like there are fingerprints on the crystal :”(

Great photos. Maybe you could also try shooting the watches vertically and from the top?
