Legit Check: White Zenith Daytona 16520
I'm at the beginning stages of a transaction with a guy for his Zenith Daytona. Just want to get people's opinion if there is anything that is suspicious about it since it is a big chunk of money.

it may be real but the clasp is not what I would expect. I thought daytona clasps were different based on mine. the bracelet too I would have thought the bracelet to be brushed. i thought the lugs are supposed to be brushed. finally the dial looks like a tritium dial but it is not labeled as such.
who is the seller? |

Is the scroll work correct on that clasp blade logo? Shouldnt it be over and under?

The lugs are polished, thought all Zenith Daytona had brushed lugs. Am I correct? This one supposely late production (A serial)

Looks OK from here. However, seeing as someone had their way with it at the polishing wheel, I would probably pass unless the price is right. YMMV...

The luminova dial is correct for an "A" serial number. The luminova dials did not have the "T" printed on each side of Swiss Made like the earlier tritium dials which were marked T Swiss Made T.
Lugs seem to have been polished in the past but it is hard to judge by the photos. I see no issues with the bracelet. Correct polished center links and correct flip-lock.
