Show me your Yacht-Master II Pics!
As I wait patiently for my Deep Sea JC to arrive I am on a search for my next watch. I know the YM II is not as popular on this site as the LVc. But the LVc and the YMII are the two watches that have my attention, and that I can get my hands on this year.
So I would love to know which one you like the best. The three choices are of course the SS, TT Steel and Everose Gold, and the Yellow Gold. I like them all but I am leaning towards to the TT. Also I noticed that the YMII is in many ADs. So if you got a discount and you care to share what percentage you may have gotten off that would help me out in the buying process. If you paid MSRP that is good information as well. So show us your pics of this beautiful watch and let me know what you think of these three. Thanks in advance!

My YG YMII is an attention getter. It’s usually my weekender.

Even though it doesn’t get much love around here but I’ve always been a big fan of the ss YM II

The YMII and Deep Blue play well together - we’ll enough that I bought them as a package from a trusted seller one night (https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=572144). They are both cool, but between these two, I prefer the YMII
I’d suggest picking up the YMII lightly used from a grey seller - should be able to get a ~30% discount off list I love the YG, but find it’s a bit too in your face and for this reason prefer the SS. |

The YG YMII and the WG PEPSI are my grails. I’m hoping to have one of them by the end of the year.

No problem... I saw the photos of your watch and that is the best looking YM I have ever seen... Congrats and thanks for posting the pics!
The more I see the solid gold watches the more they have an appeal to me. My first impression was it was a little to much bling IMHO. I think I associated the all gold look ie... gold chains necklaces and bracelets worn by some young men in the music industry, I will leave it at that, did not appeal to me. And gold seem to go out of style for awhile many years ago but I it has made a come back not only in jewelry / watches but in interior design as well... This all gold YM II is one stunning watch. Thanks for the pics. Sounds like this is your fun watch if your saving it for the weekends! Beautiful!!! Very nice watch!!! I think the SS has the cleanest lines... More under the radar if there is such a thing with a 44mm Rolex watch. Congrats on owning this beautiful watch! Quote:

Any more pics you guys want to share...
Also with all the different watches you own do you find yourself wearing the YM II a lot or does it get by passed up for something else... And thanks for those who have already chimed in with pics....

I had a Deepsea the same time I had the YM2. Since getting the YM2 the Deepsea got no wrist time for the next 2 years. Ended up selling the Deepsea.

Not really an occasion watch as I wear all my gold pieces all week long, even daily'd my platinum DDII for a bit I bought a batman GMT to wear as a true daily however due to nickel allergy I cannot :( Here is my fav trio, Next to platinum DDII, makes it look ordinary lol Here is the weight, less a link |

I have to add that the YMII wears more comfortably than the DSSD JC. The JC is a little top heavy.

Recently purchased the YM II in SS and a DSSD D-Blue. Love them both! Personally don't like the Two-Tone, YG is nice, but I prefer RG.
