Watch Strap Removal Tool?
I personally use a thumb tack, if you want you can specifically buy a spring bar tool: http://bit.ly/2ClgNcu

Rolex 3200 if you can find one (which you probably can't) or a Bergeon 7825. Proper technique is equally important to the proper tool. Lay the watch on its face, compress the spring bars with the tool, and remove the head from the bracelet instead of the bracelet from the head. Reverse the process to put it back.

Bergeon 7825. Maybe practice removing the straps from another watch that you don't mind scratching first just to get a feel for the process.
