Solid Silver - Roy King
Hi All,
I have an early 1970's Roy King (a gift in the 70's) it has a lovely silver body that was lacquered at manufacture. The lacquer is a little thin and flaky in places. I would like to (carefully) dismantle the watch to clean and possibly re-lacquer the body. Does anyone have any experience of these pieces and what would be your advice? The movement is only accessible by removing the winding crown (how?) and the 'glass'. (replacement available)? Cheers. |

From far it looks like Cartier.
